How to Start a Home Practice.
This yoga workshop will be taught by Carolyn Matsuda and is for students of all levels. She will guide you on your journey to begin a home practice. Or if you have a home practice, she can help you to ignite that practice. There will be discussion as well as yoga practice. So come prepared to work.
The cost of this workshop is $30.00.
