If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend the Intro class. Wednesday 10am and the Thursday 6:30pm is the best place to start. If you are a beginner or new to Iyengar yoga, we recommend any Level 1 or Level 1-2 class.
Plan on arriving a few minutes early so that you have time to sign in and set up before class. If you are running late, please wait quietly outside the studio until the invocation is finished.
We offer private classes for individuals or groups at the studio.
The long awaited Sunday Restorative Class begins in May. Check back regularly for the most up to date schedule.
