If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend the Intro class. Thursday at 6:30 pm, Sunday at 10 am, Tuesday at 7 pm, or Friday at 10 am is the best place to start. If you are a beginner or new to Iyengar yoga, we recommend any Level 1 or Level 1-2 class.
Plan on arriving a few minutes early so that you have time to sign in and set up before class. If you are running late, please wait quietly outside the studio until the invocation is finished.
We offer private classes for individuals or groups at the studio.
