Summer 2015 Schedule

If you are a Beginner or brand new to yoga, the Wednesday 10am and the Thursday 5:30pm is the best place to start. However, a beginner can attend any Level 1 or Level 1-2 class as well.

Plan on arriving a few minutes early so that you have time to sign in and set up before class. If you are running late, please wait quietly outside the studio until the invocation is finished.

We offer private classes for individuals or groups at the studio.
