The Yoga Tree Studio is fully equipped with all the props used in yoga.
For sticky mats you can use our studio mats, but we recommend that you bring your own.

Yoga is practiced barefoot (no socks), please take shoes off at the door.
Please turn off cell phones and pagers.

Wear shorts or leggings. No perfume or aftershave. Eat lightly or not at all 2 hours before class.
