The Yoga Tree Studio is fully equipped with all the props used in yoga. You can use our sticky mats or bring your own.
Yoga is practiced barefoot (no socks), please take shoes off at the door. Please turn off cell phones. Wear shorts or leggings. No perfume or aftershave. Eat lightly or not at all 2 hours before class.
Please show up for class on time. Plan on arriving a few minutes early so that you have time to sign in and set up before class. If you are running late, please wait quietly outside the studio until the invocation is finished.
Please advise your teacher before class of any injuries or medical conditions.
